ARE YOU A BUS GROUP LOOKING FOR A STEP ON GUIDE FOR YOUR BUS?
We can do that. The simplest thing is to put your preferred date and time in an email and send it to info@hersheytrolleyworks.com. We’ll get you on the calendar. Simple as that. You can also call us at (717) 533-3000 and select option 2 for chartering the trolley. Our step on guide tour is similar to our Chocolate & History Trolley (minus the sites that are exclusive to the trolley of course) and runs about 60 minutes. The rate is $195 per bus.

Our on site groups are now being handled by the extraordinarily nice folks in Chocolate World group sales. They can also package other attractions and set up meal vouchers for you. You can reach those folks at--

ARE YOU HOPING TO CHARTER THE TROLLEY FOR TRANSPORTATION,
OR TO PICK YOU UP AT A LOCATION OTHER THAN CHOCOLATE WORLD?
If you are looking for a privately chartered trolley (e.g. for wedding transportation, or to pick up a convention group at the Hershey Lodge), there are a number of details we need to know. So the best thing to do is call us at (717) 533-3000 and select option 2 for chartering the trolley.
The main thing about charters vs. other types of groups is that by chartering the trolley you are paying per hour for the use of the trolley, not per person. If your group has 10 people, pricing is the same as if you have 40 people. Also, we are limited in the amount of private charters we can provide without interrupting our normal operating schedule at Chocolate World. And we only charter in the immediate Hershey area (Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra, etc). Harrisburg and Lancaster are outside our boundaries.
