SAFETY MEASURES ON THE TROLLEY
CHANGES FOR TROLLEY GUESTS
INFORMATION AND TRANSPARENCY GOING FORWARD
- We have installed transparent shields between every row of seats to create separation between family units.
- We are limiting the capacity of each trolley to optimize distancing.
- The trolley receives a 10 point "high touch area" disinfecting cleaning between every departure.
- The trolley also receive a comprehensive 32 point disinfecting cleaning before the start of each day.
- Air conditioning filters are cleaned and disinfected before the start of each day.
- All candy samples will be handed out at the end of the ride. They come in single serve packets and will not be touched by anyone except the area coordinator handing them out, and the guest receiving them.
CHANGES FOR TROLLEY GUESTS
- Guests must wear masks. No exceptions. The conductors and drivers will also be wearing either masks or face shields.
- Guests must go through the temperature screening at the entrance of Hershey's Chocolate World before lining up for the trolley.
- Our area coordinator will assign seats to each family unit to optimize distancing.
- The trolley will load from back to front to minimize passing contact between family units.

- Hershey Trolley Works is an independent business which operates within the larger framework of Hershey's Chocolate World.

- If a guest has a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 14 days after riding the trolley, please contact Curt Sisco with the specifics about the date and time of their trolley departure in order to initiate contact tracing.
- For guests who buy tickets online, their email address will serve as a passenger manifest for purposes of contact tracing.
- Guest who did not buy tickets online and who did not supply an email address when purchasing their tickets can provide an email address or phone number for purposes of contact tracing by sending an email with that information to info@hersheytrolleyworks.com.
- If the business becomes aware of a confirmed case of COVID-19 that can be traced back to a particular trolley departure, all passengers and staff from that departure and subsequent departures up to 48 hours later will be notified of the situation and any relevant details.
