SAFETY MEASURES ON THE TROLLEY
- We have installed transparent shields between every row of seats to create separation between family units.
- We are limiting the audience capacity to optimize distancing.
- The trolley theater receives a 10 point "high touch area" disinfecting cleaning between every show.
- The trolley theater also receive a comprehensive 32 point disinfecting cleaning before the start of each day.
- Air conditioning filters are cleaned and disinfected before the start of each day.
- All candy samples will be handed out at the end of the show. They come in single serve packets and will not be touched by anyone except the area coordinator handing them out, and the audience member receiving them.
CHANGES FOR TROLLEY AUDIENCE
- Audience members must wear masks. No exceptions. The actors will also be wearing either masks or face shields.
- Audience must go through the temperature screening at the entrance of Hershey's Chocolate World before lining up for the trolley show.
- Our area coordinator will assign seats to each family unit to optimize distancing.
- The trolley theater will load from back to front to minimize passing contact between family units.

- If an audience member has a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 14 days after attending a trolley show, please contact Curt Sisco with the specifics about the date and time of their trolley show in order to initiate contact tracing.
- For those who buy tickets online, their email address will serve as an audience manifest for purposes of contact tracing.
- Those who did not buy tickets online and who did not supply an email address when purchasing their tickets can provide an email address or phone number for purposes of contact tracing by sending an email with that information to [email protected].
- If the business becomes aware of a confirmed case of COVID-19 that can be traced back to a particular trolley show, the audience and staff from that show and subsequent shows up to 48 hours later will be notified of the situation and any relevant details.
